As the highest honor of Cambodia Asian Film Festival, the Lifetime Achievement Award under the “Golden Romduol Award” is presented annually to veteran filmmakers with decades of outstanding creations, who have long promoted cross-border film exchanges across Asia and boosted the development of Southeast Asian cinema. It pays tribute to their lifelong remarkable contributions to Asian cinematic art and industry. The award recognizes outstanding creators spanning directors, performers and producers with profound cultural influence. It also serves as an inspiration for emerging young filmmakers across ASEAN to carry forward diverse Asian film traditions.
