The online award ceremony of the 1st Cambodia Asian Film Festival concluded on the evening of 7 August 2021 at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Phnom Penh, the nation’s capital. The event was broadcast live across Asia by National Television of Cambodia.

Present at the ceremony were H.E. Som Sokun, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Honorary Chairman of Cambodia Asian Film Festival; Borak Pok, Director of the Cinema and Cultural Diffusion Department of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Honorary Advisor to the Festival; and Him Sotithya, Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Information of Cambodia, as well as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dance Arts under the Film Production Department at the Royal University of Fine Arts of Cambodia. Hao Lei, renowned Chinese actress and Jury President, joined the event via online link to witness the presentation of all awards alongside the jury panel.
