She won the Golden Horse Award for Best Supporting Actress for The Fourth Portrait and received a Best Actress nomination for Cannes-selected Mystery, with celebrated credits such as The Golden Era and classic stage work Rhinoceros in Love. A frequent jury member of major festivals including Shanghai International Film Festival and Cambodia Asian Film Festival, she actively boosts China-Southeast Asian film exchanges with profound humanistic vision for film appraisal.

A veteran film administrator and educator, he has served repeatedly as jury member of Cambodia Asian Film Festival, with profound insight into Khmer cinema industry and cultural communication value of films.

Chhay Bora

Cambodian Director, Screenwriter & Producer 

Legendary independent Cambodian director, screenwriter and producer, the country’s first independent filmmaker. His landmark feature Lost Loves, based on real Khmer Rouge history, was Cambodia’s Oscar submission. His works explore national historical trauma and blend traditional Khmer aesthetics with contemporary storytelling, paving the way for Cambodian films on the global stage.
